After you have placed an order, please send us high-quality photo(s)/documents and any info. by email, quoting your order number in the title please. You can reply to the order confirmation email with the photo(s) attached please. Please let us know if you have any problem – you can email us directly.
If you wish, you can add any wording like “Happy Memories” or anything you wish at a specific location.
Once we have received your photos and required information, we will send you a proof (if required) which you will need to approve before we print your order please.
Your order will be printed on high quality paper, ready to add to any frame of your choice. Please note that the frame is optional – you must choose the correct option to get it framed.
If you wish you may order unframed photo prints as well.
